Celebrating Florida’s Earliest Tourism Pioneers

In the 50s and 60s, before the arrival of theme parks, a Florida vacation was unique not just for its beautiful beaches, but also for its inventive attractions. The Great Florida Road Trip celebrates Florida’s earliest tourism pioneers, including Silver Springs’ glass-bottom boats, space launches, Daytona car racing, the Ringling Bros. Circus and Clown College, underwater mermaid shows, and wildlife wonders of Marineland, Gatorland, and Monkey Jungle. With fun facts shared through game markers, pre-show videos, cabin audio, and a 70-ft. mural along the queue, players will learn all about Florida’s unique history.
